Sit back, relax, & treat your guests to a live pasta crafting experience while your party mingles, sips, grazes, & enjoys. Enjoy the show & watch while I exclusively craft, cook, plate, garnish & serve during your next home dinner or private event: every pasta dish made fresh to order. Each and every single plate is topped with fresh picked garden herbs from my personal garden, 100% pesticide free & organic, along with the option to infuse your pasta choices with fresh, homegrown & homemade spinach + basil or rosemary infusions. Our homegrown spinach & herbs are grown, picked & cleaned with lots of love & intention.

IN-HOME PASTA CRAFTING

My most POPULAR events are my private in home pasta & ravioli crafting classes! Enjoy every second of this this 2.5-3 hour all inclusive & fully immersive experience alongside those that you love, lots of wine, plenty of laughter and get your hands & hearts ready to craft. I will guide you happily through my hands on instructed pasta crafting course step by step, providing ALL tools, ingredients, equipment & more, while you learn the true art & authentic craft of pasta making & enjoy eating what you crafted at the end of the night. All pasta plates are cooked, served & garnished at the end of the evening by Elena. Each guest will leave this experience with all class recipes & instructions, along with a very full heart (and stomach) and take out containers for extras!

The Rita Ana: Traditional ricotta, mozzarella ravioli, touch of parsley salt & pepper, and fettuccine hand crafting + cut class.

The Gabriella: Herbal caprino (goat cheese), spinach, lemon ravioli and hand-crafted fettuccine.​

The Carmelina: Traditional russet potato gnocchi- hand craft and shape each dreamy + doughy pillow with my Italian imported wooden gnocchi boards & specialty potato ricers (a MUST for gnocchi crafting). Substitute russet potato for sweet potato gnocchi at no additional cost.

The Ilaria: Handcraft your very own fettuccine and farfalle to pair with real, traditional Roman Alfredo sauce. Alfredo sauce demonstration + ingredients included.

Enjoy this romantic evening in the comfort of your home with the one you love most. Light the candles, get the wine ready & celebrate your next birthday, anniversary or "just because" with your love. Enjoy this hands on pasta crafting experience followed by cooking & plating services provided by Elena, and enjoy your specialty crafted pasta dinner privately for due.

For an added touch of romance, consider adding a fresh dozen rose bouquet for an additional $55. We'll provide and set up the bouquet at the time of your event.
